Question: Is it normal to see these hotel notes overriding your own comments (e.g., away from elevator preferred please) in a Hyatt booking? Booked the Standard, London, direct through Hyatt.

Keep seeing random notes pop up in my booking comments override my own comments for my upcoming stay here:

• GUARANTEE THE HOTEL ACCEPTS. Commission Percent=0.1000
• CNF STATUS OK

And when I go in to try and add mine back in, I get an error that says "there's no availability for these nights." For what it's worth, this is not a guaranteed booking/sell out situation, and the Standard actually looks more available/cheaper than most comparable London properties during my dates.
