Also: Beta Waitlist says PE has 0 seat and J has 9+ seats

So: Both Y and PE are oversold, J has 9+ seats, but UA is willing to sell 4 J seats, and 2 PE seats even though PE is full.

Question:

On upgrade list: No.3 is 1K W->PN upgrade using GS PP. No.4 is no-status pax R->PZ using miles.

Who gets the upgrade at the gate? Assuming only one J seats left after both No. 1 and No. 2 cleared to J and both PE and Y are overbooked by 1?
