Somehow the promo worked properly for me. I arrived back home around 7pm and took a nap and when i checked now at 10:30pm:
Of course, when i go to check it for my flight tomorrow, it doesn't recognize the status and wants to charge me for a seat and carry-on. Ill try calling or using chat in the morning after i get some more rest.
I hope the Platinum part of the promo works similarly.

Frontier's IT is still glitchy. I logged into my account on the desktop and was able to choose seats and add my free carry-on from the new status through the check-in process. Meanwhile, the app was still trying to charge me. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need to call or use the chat.
