Thanks! Good to know about the distance from CBTS, but if we go we'd just probaly hang out at the property.

I found the answer to my own question about the difference between the two kinds of studios. Though given that this is all from AI, take it with a grain of salt:

The main difference is that Vineyard Oak Studios are larger (700 sq ft vs 650 sq ft for Santa Lucia), offer a more secluded "ranch" feel with vineyard views, and often come with a private outdoor tub and fireplace, while Santa Lucia Studios are more standard (though still spacious) studio suites with king beds, fireplaces, and forest or valley views, focusing on a classic, relaxed experience. Vineyard Oak units generally provide a more premium, immersive ranch experience with enhanced outdoor space.

Here's a breakdown:
Santa Lucia Studio:
Size: Around 650 sq ft.
Features: King bed, sofa-sleeper, private deck with fireplace, forest or valley views.
Vibe: Classic, comfortable studio suite.

Vineyard Oak Studio:
Size: Around 700 sq ft (slightly larger).
Features: King bed, private deck with fireplace, often includes an outdoor tub and closer vineyard proximity.
Vibe: More secluded, elegant, and immersive "ranch" experience, emphasizing outdoor living.

Key Differentiator: The Vineyard Oak option provides a more luxurious, private outdoor space (like a soaking tub) and direct vineyard ambiance, whereas Santa Lucia offers great standard features with beautiful views.
