As for the removal of 10 seats on the HD/77P/28J....they are only doing it to remove 1 FA. Bringing us from 12 FAs to 11 FA's. So if the service is now slower on your HD flight, you know why. Less hands.
Interesting, and thanks for the added information.
I was under the impression that on wide-bodies the minimum FAs was based on 1 per exit door, and not number of PAX like narrow-bodies. Is this rule from collective bargaining?
