- East (not that many rooms): facing office building?
Hi,
That is correct although due to the height of the Conrad building you will not see the river until you are close to the window and look downwards.
I have not had a room facing east ( the similar style/height building to the Conrad ) but if you wanted a view I would avoid that side unless you were towards the corners when you will get a sideways view at the window.
pictures are probably better than words so here are a few pictures from my June stay ( jr suite so it was a corner room facing west/north)
West View: The top of the tall building is illuminated at night till around 2300 so it is quite nice
West view towards sunset ( in reality you can see both rivers)
West view at night with the illumination on
West view from close to the window panning left from the previous photo
North View: This will be towards Osaka Station. River directly below the window.
North view ( panning to right) towards osaka station. There is a tall building being constructed just across the river with the crane reaching the EL level ( floor 39)

North view towards osaka station
North west corner view at sunrise
South View: This will be towards Namba. As the Conrad is the tallest building in the area you get nice city views to the south
Example of the South view ( river at bottom). Taken from the 38th floor windows by the spiral staircase 4pm ish May 2024
