On Dec 31, I was charged $7.99 for Jan 2026, but the corresponding credit hasn't posted as of Jan 12. I called yesterday, and the rep said I have to wait at least 14 days to call back before they will look into this. I told him there must be some system glitch in my case, and I will call back on Jan 15.
I ended up opening chat with them and they told me that my purchase was showing as a google play store receipt (even though it really shouldnt) and to just cancel my subscription and re-subscribe on the website and hope that fixes it, so I'll try that for January. They just manually gave me credit for December, too.
