Oddly, the Globe (and Business card) do not show the Centennial version.
I have a pending application for the Platinum Select card since 12/31; if Citi ever actually approves me I'll report back.

I'm seeing the Globe card centennial design on creditcards.aa.com but indeed not on Citi's site.
