The terminal move will be a big downgrade in my mind if the dining area does indeed exclude non-Cathay Emeralds. Soho lounge isn't great, but it still offers more substantive food than a standard Cathay J lounge.
The First/Diamond room isn't a
dining room per se, it's basically same concept as in place at The Bridge.
