Absolutely.
I am still missing the intercontinental leg of a three legs itinerary, back early November. First and last posted right away. Web form did not work; I uploaded the requested material. After two weeks, an e-mail confirming reception, promising an answer in 8 to 12 weeks.
My daughter's family, two adults and two kids, flew YYZ-TPE direct on BR, same booking, going in Dec., back early January. Outbound, three of the four got the points right away. Return, they all got it, even the one who missed the outbound. In that instance, the web form worked right away though.
