Alas, it was made very clear by the FA that it was an or on my flight. Absolutely bizarre service, the FA was very kind and super attentive but had absolutely a zero understanding of how to run a premium cabin.

No menus (not her fault), drinks served in the can to the point that I had to ask for a glass to make my cocktail, and trays just didn't get collected throughout the meal service.

Anyways, JFK-LAX, Flagship First:

Appetizer options or shrimp or a beet salad, I had the latter which came with edamame and was seasoned with soy sauce, very good dish. The spinach salad was, as pictured, just a bed of spinach.


Had the beef filet as my main. It was fine, nothing to write home about. The Lo Mein, as much as I knock it, legitimately looked like the best of the options.


Dessert was a sundae or cheese plate. No third option on this flight.
