I ended up calling on Dec 18, and the rep did something to get the $7.99 credit posted to my account on the same day.

On Dec 31, I was charged $7.99 for Jan 2026, but the corresponding credit hasn't posted as of Jan 12. I called yesterday, and the rep said I have to wait at least 14 days to call back before they will look into this. I told him there must be some system glitch in my case, and I will call back on Jan 15.
