Datapoint on HEL-NRT-HEL Y->J
- outbound cleared automatically decades ago, at-100 or so
- inbound was in waitlist, just looked at U availability and there seem to be awards in J -> call to CS who stated some technical glitch and released upgrade

So 2/2 cleared on cheapest Y light as plat but it remains a mystery why waitlist did not clear when U space opened up. Or, if I had not done anything, would someone else take the seat?
