Just stayed one night at the Limelight hotel in Denver. When I booked the room, it showed that the valet parking as "No Charge." This is my second time staying at this hotel via Renowned Hotels. The first time they honored the free parking but they were totally dumbfounded when I showed them the reservation confirmation, this time they are refusing to honor the free parking and told me to file a dispute with Chase because Chase screwed up.

I called up Chase while I was at the property, told them what had happened, the agent looked up my reservation and confirmed that the terms and condition show free parking. The Renowned Hotels agent told me that once the charges post and I send in the folio, Chase will charge back the $64.00 for parking.
