Error when signing up for Singapore KrisFlyer
I've been trying for years (literally) to sign up for a Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer account. I had one once, many years ago, probably with zero miles left in it now. Attempted to log in with my old credentials, it fails. Lost password/lost account/password reset fails (no email is ever received). Attempting to create a new account fails. I've tried multiple email addresses, multiple web browsers, multiple times. It always returns the same error:We cannot process your request right now, but we are working on it. Please try again later. (Error code: B0999)
I wait until later. Hours, days, weeks, months, years....later. Try again. Results are exactly the same.
Is this a known issue? Is it just me? ... is up with these guys?
