In the past, when phone agents were generally knowledgeable, I was able to call up Delta and get itineraries that I could not book online. Not sure whether that is still the case, but you may want to give Delta a call and see what they can do for you. I do not anticipate that WestJet agents will be able to book anything out of the ordinary, but you can give them a try too.
