similar situation on my business platinum. 35% showed southwest but airline fee credit was empty. I selected southwest but still didn’t show up and now no option to select airline. Contacted support to confirm that southwest was selected for 35% and airline credit - they checked and confirmed it was selected for both. Made 3 sub-100 flight charges on 1/3 and they still have not posted nor has the airline fee tracker updated. Made similar charges on my wife’s consumer platinum a day or two later - one charge already credited and the others have updated the airline fee tracker to fully utilized.
I’m okay waiting a bit longer for the credits to show but am a little worried that the airline credit is blank for airline. Should I contact again to double
check that it indeed was selected?
I'd call at the end of the week if it still hasn't credited by then.
