Does anyone have any experience of the Isrotel loyalty program?

Interested in the Kedma at Sde Boker and wondering if joining the loyalty program before a stay might allow us to get a discount, or collect some worthwhile points?

I assume it’s not a program which has any transferable point options from US credit cards like Chase/Citi/Amex etc — but maybe I’m wrong?
