Just off this plane on the 17:00 departure from JFK. Not a great experience in J. Boarding was late, probably due to cleaning. There was no service at all in the J cabin prior to pushback. After departure menus were distributed and a small appetizer was served. Then a drink service and finally the meal. I don’t fly IB much so I can’t say how “normal” my experience was. Service was very slow and the meal was warm at best. Desert was on the menu but never offered. One drink refill was offered and then the FA’s disappeared into the galley where they chatted for the next three hours.

I declined breakfast so I don’t know how that was. The seats are simply too narrow for a good experience. Fine if you are sitting up, and ok if fully flat but very cramped and uncomfortable anywhere in between.

The single aisle feels claustrophobic. Only having one lav means a constant line of people waiting in a small space.

I will be avoiding this plane when I can.
