I fly every week from PAE on E175's and the only notable experience I have had with Wi-Fi recently is that it didn't work on one flight. Every other time it was the usual flakey service. I see someone posted a list of tail numbers that have been upgrades, but you can't see the tail number from inside the plane....I don't use FlightRadar24, I don't find it particularly user friendly.
