"1980s Marriott" somehow it instantly made me remember Marriott LAX from 1988 or 1989. I spent almost a month there. No choice because my company put me there. I still remember thinking at the time that it was "outdated" like my grandma's house. Although.... since it was 1988, it probably felt like the early 1970s or later 1960s.
