831 and 843 are lunch/breakfast and supper/breakfast flights so theoretically not at risk of mid flight meal, I may have experienced it once or twice on 831 but they are not supposed to, doing it on 843 (2 AM departure) would be a crime and I have never seen it done in all my years of flying these midnight departures.
841 is a breakfast/dinner service so is slated for mid flight meal in J however once in a blue moon a sensible ISM will serve dinner closer to landing instead. But while I don't like it, this is one where the mid flight meal doesn't bother me as much, it's a 9 am departure and early afternoon arrival with 15 hours in the air. Most passengers aren't going to be in a deep sleep for the first half of the flight. No second meal service before landing also means lights off until much closer to arrival.
