Only after 19 minutes of the telephone call, she said that the UC benefit would automatically renew on 1/15, and that my access would remain even though my UC card says it expired on 1/1. Poor customer service skills. No apology for the delay in getting the information, otherwise pleasant.

Anyone else have a datapoint?

So a day after I spoke with the CSR as noted above, I called in and spoke with someone who seemed more informed. She put me on hold, did some clicks, and I later saw that my expiration was updated to reflect a 1/31/26 end date. So, I gained a month. Perhaps that it will auto-renew on the 15th?
