As has been said by others, I think United has considerably improved their wine selections, particularly on long haul flights... just got back from MEL-LAX and the wine selections were actually pretty good and quite varied. Food service is wildly hit or miss, and still quite far from the pre-pandemic quality and variety, especially breakfast offerings.
