I like it I guess, it has some marginal novelty. Could have been a little more spruced up with maybe some historical plane images from AA years of past?
But this card literally is a sock drawer card for me - I don't physically carry it, save a few times where I think I *might* need to prove AA lounge or Partner lounge access.
With being the primary account holder, the lounge access is tied to my FFN.... covers like 99.3% of my needs.
I used to travel with it more when the AVIS benefit was more agreeable, and I would play car rental roulette upon arrival between whoever had the best deals with that $120 credit in mind.
But now? Meh. I don't see it making a return to my wallet due to what is essentially a colored sticker.
Could have been a pretty cool marketing home run for AA on their "premier CC offering" .... but they hit a rather mundane single down the baseline.
