Dec 31 I spent $600+ on DL that should have qualified for the 120 off 600 by 12/31 Amex Offer. The 120 credit hasn't posted, turns out Amex shows the DL purchase with a 1/1 post date, not 12/31. I reached out via Chat, and of course was told to wait 90 days. Is Amex customer service reasonable/understanding in cases like this where the qualifying transaction was made during the qualifying period BUT it didn't post until after the offer expired, or am I SOL?
