Don’t think that’s quite right. The deluxe rooms appear to have remained deluxe rooms (and a new “premier” category has been introduced only on one floor; unclear what these are). The new Park Suites appear to be the former Park View rooms (the ones where all the windows are the square type with the horizontal panes; formerly the highest category of non-suite rooms), maybe with some layout changes.
Currently staying here and my room is also 01 and categorized as a premier suite, with pictures matching that review.
As an aside, anyone currently staying here that would fancy a bottle of brut? The hotel kindly gifted us a bottle for our anniversary (along with a small cake and bouquet of flowers), but neither the Mrs nor I drink.
