Any steak on any flight is pretty much going to be over-temped and cooked completely through due to the heating/steaming process, so you'd be lucky if you notice any pink. But if they happen to be using the softer cuts, it should still be slightly tender.

That said I still order it from time to time, and everytime i always tell them its overcooked, haha.
