Unfortunately I agree with you about all mentioned failures. I still think JAL is excellent in the air but on the ground is totally different world. The customer service especially servicing North America and iOS app all just need revisit and thought through. I would love to meet the product owner for the app and ask if he or she even used the app themselves before making updates.
