I did try to warn above that if this were to happen it would be a net negative to those who are familiar with the current system, as there would be LESS Biz inventory our there and like other airlines, everything even semi premium would become more expensive. However I cannot imagine that it would happen very quickly, I would assume that any new PE cabin would perhaps come with new a/c, and would be refitted on current a/c at the time of C or D checks, so would mirror what happened with some other carriers whereby it would take a good 5 years to get done, and probably in line with Crystal Class upgrades when and if they finally happen.
