First UA meal of 2026! Pre-ordered the beef short rib - slightly smaller portion size than the typical United short rib but thankfully not overcooked. I would order again. Skipped the pre-arrival meal, but it was a choice of three Japanese options (grilled cod, pork katsu, or vegetable curry rice). Great service as usual on this route from a senior Dulles FA crew and it was great to enjoy the absolutely fantastic Mascot Cabernet once again!
