Knowing IHG, I don't think your appeal has been reviewed and concluded yet. IHG isn't that fast and there is only a select few (I reckon) that do this kind of manual processing / rechecking of stats and present the results back to someone (a Program Mgr or so) that can make the final decision/ do an override.
What you are getting at the moment (my take) is output from the big cookie cutter process still. Hang in there, you should get an email at some point (later in Jan probably) sharing the outcome of your review request. Till then, hope dies last
