Various resorts and Miraval offer a roster of paid activities. The FIND experience program can easily link up with these offerings to provide value for Hyatt members. But as someone who seeks out interesting Hyatt destinations, I can hardly find ways to use FIND credit.

The offerings that are currently on the FIND platform are not well thought out. For example, the Hyatt Sonoma offers a winery day trip sold as a FIND experience. However, when I called the Hyatt Sonoma, they have no idea what wineries are part of the tour. When I email the FIND team, they take one week to respond. Hyatt should just replace the $300 FIND awards with a $200 Viator credit.
