I received a great (yet bizarre) letter from Chase about my BA credit card account, which I closed a few years ago. An audit has determined I did not receive a travel together voucher I earned. The letter apologies and informs me a new travel together voucher will be added within the next few weeks. That would have been even better news a few months ago, because in July I redeemed for 2 first class seats next May (I did it the day before all the IT updates and F availability disappeared). I assume the answer may be 'no', but would BA retroactively apply the travel together voucher to my July booking? Since F availability has all but disappeared, I can't cancel and rebook.
Did you contact BA to try to retroactively apply the voucher?
