Under the "Trips", "Manage trip" and "Manage your booking" tabs on the app, the Air transportation charges are definitely net of AC Wallet redemptions rather than the gross number that should drive EDQs. I am not sure if they include fare differences for flight changes.

I will pay attention to how our SQCs are posted but I wonder whether this flaw is driving the reason why the Cowtools cannot work for the AC PNR Viewer purely because of an AC deficiency that is absolutely not the Cow's fault.

I did call Air Canada and get the correct base fares and carrier surcharges for the three dubious legs in question to update my spreadsheet.

All of the rest of our flights that will currently be flown as booked, have correct Air transportation charges when reconciled against the dollars in the itinerary confirmations.
