To be honest, I don't mind the "scare" tactics - that's their job, after all. Not to go off topic, but what she said about dry skin and not using skin care, taking its toll - this is not an opinion, it's been studied and proven.

The funniest part being that a lot of the people they get are cool with paying thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars for a few hours in the sky, so 20% off on cosmetics likely don't really move the needle very much for the typical LP target audience (which I am most definitely not, I would happily take the 20% off if I wasn't already using other products lol).

Klems for your report and nice pictures. If the actions to reboot the tablets and have the IFE fixed in the new suites easy to explain here that could be useful to know them as it seems to be a recurring problem!
This is what worked for me:
- Touch one of the main TV screens to "wake them up" (yes they are touch screens hilariously enough, makes zero sense since you can't touch them from your seat but I guess it's very helpful when the tablet is broken...). I'm not sure this step is necessary.
- Make sure the tablet is on the main welcome screen, and not browsing something or on the seats settings.
- Long press the bottom right corner of the tablet screen itself, on the white part, and after a few seconds the tablet will reset
- Then go to the movies section on the tablet - it will still likely look like it's broken, but after maybe 20-30 seconds it will magically fix itself and the content will appear. It will still be a not great experience, very laggy etc, but at least it works.
