At 76, I've been running out of the patience needed to sift through the latest (and I've seen a lot of program erosion since I started years ago). Your description is, frankly, easier to understand than what AC has on its site. My effort to hoist this in is also diminished by the usefulness of status benefits. We book in J these days, so the most useful benefit is the priority phone number when somethings goes askew. We hand our points over to family members.
