+1. I have had this happen many times. The most recent was a stay at The Glenn in Atlanta in December. NUA not available for that reservation even though they handed out suite upgrades at check in to members with low status. NUA's can be very frustrating. It is great when they work but there are too many times when they don't. And NUA options for a high floor room don't count. End of rant.....
