seems similar to the situation at the Park Hyatt. Although the Park Hyatt has a lounge and room service breakfast , they never truly had a decent restaurant except when it opened and closed soon after. Makes me think Hyat has union labor problems in NYC.
Park Hyatt has sit down made to order breakfasts even if they don’t have a proper dining room and
they have room service
HR Times Square is far worse with only grab and go and they will toast something from their counter
One can sit in their dining room though they offer no service
