you need money to do the conversion. When you have a company trying to reduce cost to provide what people want, cheapest fares with pre 9/11 service (food, blankets, pillows, better customer service, magazines, newspapers, powerports at everyseat, extended O/Hs, many closets for coats/jackets), and then complain when service is taken away, or not given, where/when does the insanity ever end?
