I got a Suite using an NUA on the weekend after Xmas. I had two back to back FHR one night reservations, and only one NUA left, but they let me stay both nights in the room (only one $100 F&B credit for the stay, which I expected).

I thought I had only requested a Theme Park View Suite, and that appeared in the app, but when I got to the hotel, it was a regular resort view suite. I didn't have a screen shot, so I couldn't prove my assertion that I only selected a Theme Park view. Turns out it doesn't really matter as the best view is from the Club, and the served popcorn and cookies at 9pm for the 9:30 fireworks show.

Don't remember the exact hours, but I think evening hors d'ouvres was 4pm to 6pm, and breakfast went to 11 on weekdays, 12 on weekends (but I'm not 100% sure). The suite was nice, the club offerings were so- so. Good cheese, dried fruit, nuts and crudites, hot items sort of meh (pigs in blankets and the like). Didn't go there for breakfast as I was on FHR so had breakfast in the restaurant, which I didn't think was all that great. (Pastries sub par, had to request toast, No smoked salmon, omelet $2 extra, fruit ok but no berries, plain yogurt hard to get).
