Hello LH Team,
The following ID request numbers to M&M still remain unanswered: 04662383, 04662445. Those mention the iregularities from last year which were not solved in time till 31st DEC thus my account could not be correctly updated until that date.
I would like that the communications between your customer care and M&M departments were much more fluid and fast, 10, 20 or even 1 month waiting time is just unacceptable. Although I alreday phoned SEN service for that matter, it seems nothing has been done so far.
