Hoping someone can help me better understand my fare classification for an upgrade I have requested. TG Fare Class is O and AC is showing N. I requested an upgrade and it is 11 upgrade credits. If I am booked into N class, it should be 12 credits and a charge of $200. Trying to figure out what fare bucket this would come under - would it be Latitude or Flexible Premium Economy as, according to the website, either of these are 11 credits what I have been charged? Or is it just simply an IT enhancement?
