Basically you need to first contact Finnair to remove the flight credit, then file a claim with BA to post the missing flight. I don't recall the specifics from other posts, it may take a period of time for the Finnair removal to be visible to BA, if you request from BA too soon they will reject the claim. Search the BA forums for examples of people performing this process. Good luck as the FF numbers are very sticky on airline reservations.
