Digging up this old thread for a weird situation I have.

I have black friday sale fares that were booked in M for a flight that I'm looking to change. The flight I want to take instead is in Y and cheaper.

The website refuses to show me this flight as the T&Cs state that you must book at the same or higher fare when making the change.

Can I get them to waive the call center fee to make the change? The only reason I need the call center is because the website refuses to let me make the change.
