What a way to potentially alienate someone who is that committed to IHG premium brands. It takes quite some effort considering the mediocre IHG premium footprint so fingers and toes crossed for hclee01 .
Thanks for the kind words. I have written to IHG Diamond CS to "appeal" and they have come back that they will share the comments with the relevant teams. I guess I will leave it as it is as it is fairly unlikely that there will be further communications from them on this matter.

Just some thoughts that I have booked some of the hotel stays using IHG Destined Rates. I am not too sure if this may affects the computation?
