My 90K bonus points awarded end of Nov statement still haven't showed. I have talked to Citi 4 times and have gotten a different story.

1. 6 weeks ago - we had a technical issue. Way to resolve is to remove you getting the points and readd.
2. 4 weeks ago - they points will repost on your next statement (never happened).
3. 9 days ago - oh you should have the points - your balance is xxxx. But had them call AA and no the points were not there. Will post in 3-4 business days.
4. Called today - oh we need to open a dispute ticket - 6-8 weeks to work. Transferred to supervisor - read note from #3, but said they post by AA in 6 to 8 weeks. (but I said others got then when they posted on the statement). Supervisor said all the previous info is wrong. Ask to call AA - but supervisor said AA not accepting calls a this time (too busy). I am still worried if item 1 had impact.

So now I am going to have to call AA and then Citi back - a disaster.

Are others getting 90K bonus to post with statement posting same month as earned?
