Why not do what some of the Asian airlines do? Before boarding starts, verify and herd each zone into orderly groups and then start the boarding process?
Each passenger needs to be micro-chipped, start of the boarding lines need electronic gates.
Cow should understand this.
Back on the farm 40 years ago we used manually operated drafting gates, todays livestock sorting tech could be utilized for airplane boarding.
