Had a new one for my flight leaving YHZ a couple of days ago. The concierge came up to help at the gate. She took a look around and noticed the "Zone 1/2" sign. She then took a walk and found a Zone 1 and Zone 2 sign at another gate and brought them over, and set up lanes for them. While I would have preferred the flight left on time so I would have made my connection, I really do appreciate the effort!
