Anyone else getting a lag on getting the SUB? Hit the required spend on statement close date of 12/1/25. Statement said SUB was awarded, but never hit AA account; regular spend miles and LP did. Spent almost an hour on phone looping around AAdvantage reservations>>AAdvantage CS>>Citi>>[transfer back to AA reservations]. Finally got someone on AAdvantage CS to look and she said the standard 8-10 weeks after completion. Had her put a note on account if I have to call back after then. Is it just me?
Nope, not just you. My statement closed 12/21, Citi showed bonus earned, no bonus miles in AA account yet. I also called in, and got the 8-12 week 'answer' from AA (Citi said all good on their end.) If not there after next closing date, I'll call AA back just to be annoying
